Thank you so much! I think that vegan food can be stigmatised and so I hope that I can change people’s views of what it is and how it should look. 🙂

None of that food looks fussy or vegan or not good looking!! Wow I think I need to check this out!! I also love cook books with an easy approach. Ones with a million different phrases and names and jibberish really puts me off!! So glad its going well for you!! As the weeks go by you seem to be nailing it more and more! xxx

Thank you! I am definitely getting used to it and I sometimes forget now that I don’t actually eat animal.
The cook book has really impressed me. I hate complicated books when I am trying to follow instructions.
There is a really good variety. It is funny because I got my little sisters to eat some vegan chocolate the other day and they are now saying that it is nicer and they want that too. My dad just looked at me like – great! xx

Thats such a good sign!! Go you 🙂
Hahahaha that would be my dad’s reaction to!! I’ve tried vegan chocolate before and its pretty good actually. At least thats one thing you won’t have to miss out on!! xx

Oh really??? Have you noticed though if you remove processed foods your taste buds do adjust and you crave less sugar? When I have “good” weeks I find I crave less sugar this way xx

Yeah it made a huge difference when I cut out on processed food, but I am a natural sugar addict. Years ago I would go through multiple chocolate bars, cookies and yoghurt filled with sugar, and then crave a burger or something savoury. Whereas now I could happily eat only a slice of cake and walk away or one chocolate bar, but I couldn’t go an entire day without anything sweet. xx

I get you, I feel like we may be on the same page here! I do like one thing sweet and i normally save it for the evening when I’m most tempted. If i hold off the monster i end up binging so i find it easier to go by the less is more mantra and have something but small if that makes sense 🙂 xx

Yes I get you – we are on the same page (no turning chapter). If I ban all sugar I end up going on the craziest binge. The kind where the cookie monster looks at me and thinks woah?! xx

Yummy! I’ll need to see if I can get this book. I’m always looking for delicious, easy, vegan recipes (though I’m not vegan yet). These sound and look amazing!

It is funny because when I went vegan, everyone said how would I cope giving up so much food. But since having this book, I am making things that I never would have made previously.
They are great recipes and if you can get it, I really recommend it.

I have only tried a vegetable one recently and it is super delicious. I used to never eat curries but now I am slightly addicted!

I would love to read your thoughts!
